At Emitra Finance, we aim to maintain transparency in our services and charges. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to registration fees, cancellations, and refunds on our platform.

  1. Registration / Portal Charges
  • Emitra Finance charges a fixed registration fee (portal charge) as displayed on the website.
  • This fee is charged only for registration on our platform and for providing guidance and assistance related to loans and other services.
  • The registration/portal charge is not a loan processing fee.
  1. No Refund Policy
  • The registration/portal charge is strictly non-refundable.
  • No refund will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Loan approval or rejection
    • Delay in loan processing
    • Customer’s ineligibility due to documents or CIBIL score
    • Customer’s decision to discontinue or cancel the service after registration
  • Whether the loan is approved or not, the registration fee paid by the customer will not be refunded.
  1. Loan Approval Disclaimer
  • Loan approval depends entirely on the customer’s documents, eligibility criteria, financial profile, and CIBIL score.
  • Emitra Finance does not guarantee loan approval.
  • We assist and guide customers through various third-party banks, NBFCs, or financial platforms, and the final decision rests solely with the lending institution.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Once a customer has completed registration and paid the portal charge, cancellation of services does not entitle the customer to any refund.
  • Customers may choose to stop using our services at any time; however, the registration fee already paid will remain non-refundable.
  1. No Additional Charges
  • Emitra Finance does not charge any processing fee, file charge, commission, or cash dealing fee, either before or after loan approval.
  • We also do not collect any commission from customers after loan disbursement.
  1. Service Timeline
  • Loan-related guidance and assistance are generally provided within 7 to 15 working days, depending on the customer’s profile and the platform where the loan is being processed.
  • Delays caused by third-party platforms, banks, or incomplete documentation are beyond the control of Emitra Finance and do not qualify for refunds.
  1. Changes to Policy

Emitra Finance reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
